Growing up in a business family and seeing his father running a manufacturing business with over 300 staff members, Cheng was intrigued by numbers and operation excellence from a very young age. 

He graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Commerce (Management) and Bachelor of Commerce (Honours), with a mission to provide outstanding housing to the community while delivering exceptional returns to investors.

Now an experienced developer, Cheng applies his management and business qualifications to help Melbourne investors develop quality homes that deliver maximum returns. 

Thorough, attentive and communicative, Cheng is focused on ensuring all stakeholders have a positive experience. As the leader of Maplewell Development, he works with a small number of clients at a time so he can ensure positive outcomes are achieved on every project.
